Q)  How to use your Prepaid Balance to pay outstanding fees?
A)  It is recommended that “Funds in Prepaid” be used to pay your outstanding balance to avoid having to request a refund through HWIN.

Should the amount remaining in “Funds in Prepaid” not be sufficient to cover your outstanding balance, please follow these steps:

1) Select the “Add to Prepaid” radio button,
2) Add the appropriate amount of funds to Prepaid
(equal to the “Pay All” balance).

Please note: Any outstanding prepaid balance will not be transferred to the RPRA Registry. Using the “Funds in Prepaid” for outstanding balances now will help you avoid potential delays later, if you need to request a refund in HWIN.
